Dream yoga is a meditative practice known in Tibet since ancient times. The practitioner tries to remain conscious even during the night in order to influence his own dreams. Dream yoga leads to high awareness and serenity and supports spiritual development. Among other things, it helps to cope with stress or fear of failure and brings us closer to "enlightenment".
