General terms and conditions

1. scope
For all deliveries of the Dharmashop to consumers (§ 13 BGB) these general terms and conditions (GTC) apply.

2nd contractor
The purchase contract is concluded with the Dharmashop, Managing Director Dorothee Koss, Kirchstr. 22a, 56729 Langenfeld .

You can reach us for orders, questions, complaints and objections on Thursdays and Fridays from 08:00 to 10:00 o'clock under the telephone number 02655/939050 as well as by e-mail under info@dharmashop.de.

3. offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the order button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
5.2 Information on additional shipping costs can be found in the  Shipping costs list  .

5. delivery
6.1 Delivery is made within Germany with Deutsche Post.
6.2 The delivery time is up to seven days. We point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

6. payment
6.1 Payment is made by invoice , prepayment or credit card. For new customers, prepayment is mandatory. Payment on account is only possible for customers over 18 years. The delivery address, the home address and the billing address must be identical and located within Germany.
6.2 You shall only be entitled to set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court of law or are undisputed or have been acknowledged by us in writing.
6.3 You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

7. retention of title
Until full payment the goods remain our property
