Give a smile to fear

Opening your heart is the only way to be relaxed with yourself. This will give you the chance to see who you are. Every person experiences fear, it is part of our existence. But how do we best deal with it? How can we use it productively? If you only distract yourself from it, take cover from it, suppress it and hide from it, you will never really encounter it. On the contrary. We can only free ourselves from fear by opening up to it, by letting it approach us and welcoming it, by making friends with it: by giving it a smile. But not someday, but now.
